1. Add the Snapchat Geofilter to your cart and make your purchase 

2. In the 'Order Notes' section of the checkout, please add: 

↠ House Name
↠ Event (If different from Wedding)
↠ Font Colour

Please note: Snapchat does not allow hashtags on filters. It also doesn't allow first AND last names, just one or the other. 

You can also send us a message with this information and your order number if preferred. 

3. We will send you your filter via email within 24 hours of your order. All you need to do is upload to Snapchat!

1. Once you have your PNG file from us, you are ready to go. Here is the link with Snapchat's own instructions for uploading to their On-Demand Geofilter program - https://support.snapchat.com/en-US/co/on-demand-geofilters. 

2. Things to consider: 

↠ Uploading to Snapchat is an additional expense to consider, with costs starting from $5. These prices vary depending on the size of the area and the duration you want to use the filter for. A 20,000 square foot area with a 12-hour time period is usually the minimum charge of $5, which should cover most weddings and events with no issue. 

↠ When you upload the PNG file to Snapchat, this is when you'll be asked to select the area, date and time you want to use the filter. 

↠ If you want to use the Geofilter in 2 different locations, ie: at the ceremony AND the reception location, you need to set these up as two separate Geofilters. 

↠ If for any reason Snapchat rejects the filter, please get in touch with us straight away and we'll try and get it sorted immediately.
